The initial two months are determined by our quoting tool; however, we implement a comprehensive two-month onboarding process. During this period, we familiarize ourselves with the unique characteristics of your building, conduct time trials, and utilize the collected data to provide you with a fair and accurate pricing structure for the future.

Each month we include a Consumables & Repairs line item on your invoice. This charge goes into a dedicated pool that covers supplies (like trash liners, soap, and paper towels) as well as minor fixes (like dispenser adjustments or lightbulb changes). We track this separately from the cleaning fee so you can see exactly what’s being set aside. If the balance in your Consumables & Repairs pool grows large enough, we’ll apply it to cover a future month of cleaning service — essentially giving you a free month, paid from your own pool.
